Converted to SFM by me.
Huge thanks to jdash42 for helping me learn how to do the conversion.
I've never done this before so let me know if there are any issues with the models to fix.
All textures on the house are separate so you can modify things like the window colors if you want.
There are 2 versions of the house. One is just the house. And the other includes the exterior grass and bits.
